Hesse UNA-PUR Multi-Coat DE4259x

DE4259x Multicoat Clear Lacquer is a resilient, transparent and light-fast two component PU lacquer with an acrylic resin base.

• Impressive pot life allowing usage of mixed lacquer for 3 days resulting in reduced production waste
• 2 hour drying time giving a quicker turnaround time in the finishing shop
• Available in a wide range of gloss levels – 0%, 5%, 10%, 20%, 30%, 40%, 60% & 90%
• Very low hardener to lacquer ratio – 10 parts lacquer to 1 part hardener
• Free of harmful aromatic solvents and only requires a P2 mask when spraying
• Suitable for food contact with the PU hardener DR 4070-0070 tested and is confirmed in this respect by a declaration of conformity.
• Carries IMO and DIN4102 certification
• High resistance to chemical and mechanical stresses making it suitable for a wide range of applications.
• Available in 5 & 25 litre drums or 1000 litre IBCs

This product requires PU Hardener DR4070(ratio 10:1 by volume) and standard thinners DV4994 or slow thinners DV4935
