What to send
As much of this as you have to hand. None of it is mandatory.
Your current finishing products. Names and codes if you have them, or photographs of the labels if that is quicker.
What you spray onto. Timbers, MDF, foils, and roughly what proportion of each.
Your spray equipment. Type of gun or pump, and whether the wetted parts are stainless.
Your workshop in winter. Whether the heating runs overnight, and what the temperature drops to. A guess is fine to start with.
What happens next
We come back with an honest assessment, which sometimes says not yet. If it looks workable we arrange to sample on your substrates, in your workshop, with your people spraying.
There is no obligation attached to any of that, and we do not run a follow-up sequence.
What if I just have a question?
Ask it. A lot of what we do is answering a single technical question for someone who is not going to buy anything this year. That is fine, and it is usually how the longer conversations start.
